1.  All tangible items on BidBrat.com will be in new and unused condition.

2.  We take your privacy seriously and we will not  share your personal information with anyone.  Be sure to read our privacy policy to see how your information is treated.

3.  We run a fair auction house at BidBrat.com.  We want everyone to have an equal chance at winning some great prizes.  Every bid is to be considered a possible winning bid.  Employees, contractors, or immediate family will not be allowed to bid on any BidBrat.com auction. 

4.  We allow returns on most items.  You will have 10 days from the day you receive an item to return it to us for a full refund of the amount you paid for the item (less s/h).  If an item is broken or damaged, we will replace it.  Simple as that.  Just email us at returns@BidBrat.com.

5.  We promise to ship your items as fast as humanely possible.  We guarantee to ship your item within 2 days of payment being received (unless otherwise noted on the auction page) or your shipping is free.
